Our Infrastructure
We have advanced machinery and technology for mass production in our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Kolkata. With a proper production unit, trained staff, and stringent quality control processes, we maintain efficiency in every phase of production—from raw material sourcing to final product dispatch.
Our factory comprises:
- A separate line for PVC rainwear production.
- A testing unit for rigorous inspection of products.
- A large warehouse for bulk storage and on-time deliveries.
Product Quality:
- At RyderRainwear, we have a three-step quality inspection process to guarantee that our products are of the highest quality before packaging and shipping.
- Raw Material Inspection – We procure high-quality PVC materials and thoroughly inspect them to guarantee durability, flexibility, and waterproofing.
- In-Process Quality Check – Every raincoat is checked during production for accurate stitching, proper seam sealing, and flawless finishing.
- Final Quality Check Before Packaging – Before packaging, each product undergoes a last round of inspection or checking to ensure zero defects.
